Refund Policy

Right to cancel

Consumer customers may cancel an order for a full refund within 14 days of receiving the goods, in line with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

Returns process

To start a return, email info@rayanandcolimited.co.uk with your order number. We'll confirm the return address and any next steps.

Condition of returned goods

Returned items should be unused, in original condition and packaging. Return postage is the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrectly supplied.

Refunds

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.

Faulty or damaged items

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We'll arrange a replacement or refund.
